About Philly Metro Mortgage

We're the phone number you call before you call a bank. Here's exactly what we are, what we're paid, and why the website has so many opinions about transfer tax.

What happens when you call

Philly Metro Mortgage covers Philadelphia and the four Pennsylvania counties around it: Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester. You call or send the form, we ask about ten questions, and we connect you with a licensed Pennsylvania mortgage lender who handles that kind of loan. The lender takes it from there: pre-approval, rates, paperwork, closing. If the lender goes quiet on you, call us and we'll chase it.

What we don't do

Take applications, quote rates, or decide anything about your credit. All of that is the lender's, and it stays the lender's. If anything on this site ever seems to be promising you a rate, it isn't; the words "estimate" and "call a lender" are doing the work.

How we get paid

The lender pays us. You don't, ever. What the lender pays doesn't change with your loan amount, your rate, or whether you close. We say this on every page because people ask.

Why the site is so local

Because the local part is where people get burned. Philadelphia's 4.578% transfer tax. Rowhomes that fail FHA appraisals over a porch railing. Inherited houses with tangled titles that can't be refinanced. County lines that change your tax bill by thousands a year. The grant programs that quietly cover your closing costs if somebody bothers to mention them. We bother.

Who answers

An AI phone assistant, every call, every hour. It opens by saying so and by saying the call may be recorded, because Pennsylvania law wants everyone on a line to know before anyone hits record. It takes about ten questions, reads the callback permission out in full, and a licensed lender rings you after. It will not claim to be a person, quote you a rate, or tell you the loan is approved, and every call gets checked afterwards against exactly those things. You won't get voicemail. We're a small operation started in 2026, and the phone is the whole business.

Where to find us on paper

Philly Metro Mortgage. Phone (267) 828-9067, and a mailing address on request. The arrangement in full, including how an inquiry gets routed and who pays whom, is on how this works; the fine print is in the terms of use, the privacy policy and the communications consent page.

Send the form. A person calls you back.

About a minute to fill out. We read it, and a licensed Pennsylvania lender follows up, usually the same business day. No credit pull happens here. Or skip the typing and call (267) 828-9067.

We are a marketing and referral service, not a mortgage lender or broker. Sending this form is a request to be contacted by a licensed Pennsylvania mortgage lender about mortgage financing. It is not a loan application, and nothing here touches your credit. How this works.

What you just agreed to: communications consent. What we do with it: privacy policy · terms of use. Change your mind later: privacy choices.
