Communications consent

What you are agreeing to when you tick the box on the form or stay on the line, written out in full, plus every way to take it back.

Consent wording version 2026-08-24. Effective August 24, 2026. The version you were shown is recorded with your inquiry, word for word.

The wording on the form

The box next to this sentence is never pre-ticked, and the form will not send until you tick it yourself.

By checking this box I agree that Philly Metro Mortgage and the licensed Pennsylvania mortgage lender it introduces me to may contact me about my inquiry at the phone number and email I provided, by call, text message and email, including with an automatic telephone dialing system and artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voice messages, even if my number is on a state or national Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to end texts. This is not a loan application and it does not affect my credit score.

What each part of that means

What happens on the phone

Every call to (267) 828-9067 is answered by an automated AI phone assistant, at every hour, including business hours. The greeting says so in its first sentence, and it also says the call may be recorded, because Pennsylvania law requires everyone on a call to know before recording starts. If you would rather not be recorded, say so or hang up.

The assistant asks about ten questions, reads the callback permission aloud in full before the call ends, and stores your answer in your own words. If you say no, we still write the inquiry down, marked so that no lender may be given it. We place no outbound marketing calls: our number takes calls, it does not make them.

The assistant will not quote a rate, tell you the loan is approved, claim to be a person, or take a Social Security number. If it ever does any of those, tell us and we will pull the recording.

Taking it back

At any time, for any reason, by any reasonable means, and it costs nothing:

We act on it as soon as we see it, and within ten business days at the outside, and we tell the lender we introduced you to. If a lender has already started work with you, tell that lender directly as well; its own consent record is separate from ours, and we will help you reach the right person if you ask.

What we keep, and why

For every inquiry we store the exact consent sentence you were shown and its version number, the date and time, your IP address, your browser string, the page you were on, and the lender the inquiry went to with the reason it went there. Calls are stored with their recording or transcript. We keep this for up to five years.

That record exists for one situation: someone says a mortgage company had no business calling them. We would rather be able to show precisely what was agreed, on which page, at which minute, than take anybody's word for it, including our own. The privacy policy covers everything else we do with the information, and the terms of use cover the rest of the relationship.
