Your privacy choices

Do not sell or share my information, stop contacting me, show me what you have, delete it. Every one of these works for anyone, in any state, with no reason given.

Effective August 24, 2026. Operated by Philly Metro Mortgage.

Why this page exists

We run a mortgage marketing and lead-generation service. When you send the form or call, your inquiry goes to a licensed Pennsylvania mortgage lender, and that lender pays us for the marketing and technology services we provide. Several state privacy laws are written broadly enough that this counts as selling or sharing personal information, whatever anyone calls it in conversation. Rather than argue the point, we give everybody the opt-out.

Do not sell or share my personal information

This one stops us passing your inquiry to any lender. Ask for it and we will not introduce you to anyone, which also means nobody calls you back about a loan. If what you actually want is a callback without the marketing, say that instead and we will do that.

Stop contacting me

Withdraws the consent you gave on the form or on the call, for calls, texts and email, from us and from the lender we introduced you to. Reply STOP to any text for the fastest version. Full detail is on the communications consent page.

Show me what you hold, correct it, or delete it

Ask what we have about you and we will send you a copy, in a portable format if you want one. Tell us something is wrong and we will fix it. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless a legal obligation or a live dispute means we have to keep a specific record, in which case we tell you which record and why.

How to ask

What happens next

We confirm receipt, usually the same business day. To find your record we need to match the phone number or email you originally gave us, so mention that number, or write from the email you gave us; we ask for nothing else and we never require an account. An authorized agent can act for you with your written permission.

Opt-out and stop-contact requests are actioned as soon as we see them and within ten business days at the outside. Access, correction and deletion requests are answered within 45 days, and we tell you if a further extension the law allows is needed. There is no charge, and asking never changes how we treat you.

If we have to refuse part of a request, we say which part and why, and you can reply to appeal it; a person reads the appeal. If the appeal fails you can complain to your state attorney general, and Pennsylvania residents can also raise it with the Bureau of Consumer Protection.

Global privacy signals

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers, so a browser opt-out signal has nothing to switch off here. The sharing that matters happens only after you send a form or call, and only with the consent described above. Withdraw the consent and the sharing stops.

The rest of it

What we collect, who receives it, how long we keep it and how it is protected are all in the privacy policy. The exact consent wording and every way to withdraw it are on the communications consent page. What the service is and how the money works are in the terms of use and on how this works.
